We provide treatment for all musculoskeletal issues and injuries across all age demographics.  This includes sports injuries, pre & post operative management, as well as, long term conditions resulting in pain and dysfunction from age-related changes.

Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession that aims to restore and improve the function, mobility, and quality of life for individuals affected by injury, illness, or disability. Physiotherapists use a variety of techniques and interventions helping patients to reduce pain, improve movement and function, develop strength, as well as build resilience.

The first session will include a detailed assessment, treatment, and the development of a rehabilitation plan. This plan will be directed by our Guiding Principles, which informs you of your condition (including why it’s happened), empowers you to achieve your rehabilitation goals, and accelerates your progress by using state of the art, objective techniques.

The majority of our appointments are 45-minutes. Exceptions to this are the Injection and Shockwave Therapy treatments -these services are 30-minutes in length.

All our physiotherapists have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and several years working within the NHS & private practice. Our team also holds significant experience within senior NHS roles and professional sport.

We do accept patients with private medical cover and are currently affiliated with the following insurance providers:

    • Vitality

We have a treatment room on the ground floor to accommodate patients with mobility issues. To ensure your appointment is conducted in this room please notify us when booking via telephone or by checking the appropriate box when booking online.

It is always useful to have information regarding any relevant medical procedures, scans or letters related to your issue. We ask that you wear suitable clothing for all appointments, allowing our clinicians access to the area being treated. Suitable clothing should also allow you to move freely (sports clothes / comfort wear).

There is a large public car park at Grayburn Lane, a short walk from the clinic. Here you can park for 1-hour at £1.60. For patients with mobility issues you can park immediately outside the clinic using a blue-badge.
