Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession that aims to restore and improve the function, mobility, and quality of life for individuals affected by injury, illness, or disability. Physiotherapists use a variety of techniques and interventions helping patients to reduce pain, improve movement and function, develop strength, as well as build resilience.
The first session will include a detailed assessment, treatment, and the development of a rehabilitation plan. This plan will be directed by our Guiding Principles, which informs you of your condition (including why it’s happened), empowers you to achieve your rehabilitation goals, and accelerates your progress by using state of the art, objective techniques.

All our physiotherapists have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and several years working within the NHS & private practice. Our team also holds significant experience within senior NHS roles and professional sport.

Suitable clothing should also allow you to move freely (sports clothes / comfort wear).
There is a large public car park at Grayburn Lane, a short walk from the clinic. Here you can park for 1-hour at £1.60. For patients with mobility issues you can park immediately outside the clinic using a blue-badge.
